We provide advisory and administrative support to help clients apply to international institutions. We guarantee admission, a visa grant, a scholarship, or a job placement; we provide support, document preparation, and representation as described on our service pages.

To cancel or withdraw, email info@studyicon.com with your name, invoice number, and reason. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and explain any refund or outstanding charges.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and necessary documents. We are not responsible for delays or rejections resulting from incorrect or withheld information.
We may act as an intermediary with universities, test centers, visa authorities, insurers, and other service providers. Those parties’ terms and fees also apply. We are not liable for third-party decisions.
All content on the Study Icon website (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce our content without permission. You may use forms or templates we provide only for the agreed engagement.
We treat your documents and personal information as confidential and will not disclose them except: (a) where you instruct us to do so, (b) to third parties necessary to provide the service, or (c) as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Study Icon’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government decisions).
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on our site and, where practicable, notified to active clients. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Study Icon is registered. For disputes, we will first attempt good-faith negotiation; unresolved matters may be referred to mediation/arbitration or the courts, as specified in your client agreement.
If you have a complaint, email info@studyicon.com. We will acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 15 business days. If unresolved, we’ll explain escalation options.
